Simple Honey & BBQ Glazed Chicken Drumsticks with Vegetables and Rice

A simple roast with a sweet punch. These honey and bbq marinated chicken drumsticks with vegetables and rice provide a hearty meal for the whole family to enjoy.
Ingredients
  • For the marinade
  • 9 x Chicken Drumsticks
  • 1 Tbsp. BBQUE BBQ Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Honey
  • 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • For the vegetables
  • 1 Carrot
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 Courgette
  • 2 Tbsp. Olive oil
  • Salt and Black Pepper to season
Instructions
  1. Add all the marinade ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
  2.   3. Cover and place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat oven to 200C/180F/400F/Gas Mark 6
  5. Ten minutes before you are ready to take the drumsticks out, prepare and slice all the vegetables.
  6. In a large bowl mix all of the vegetables well with olive oil, salt and black pepper.   7. In a deep casserole dish, add the drumsticks and sprinkle with a little olive oil all over.
  8. Cover and place in oven for 30 minutes.
  9.
